dc.description.abstractΗ παρούσα εργασία έχει ως σκοπό να παρουσιάσει την λειτουργία της ταμειακής υπηρεσίας του Δήμου Ελευσίνας και ειδικότερα την εισπραξιμότητα των εσόδων του Δήμου Ελευσίνας με ψηφιακά εργαλεία. O δήμος έχει ως στόχο τη διασφάλιση των εσόδων του προϋπολογισμού του και την στήριξη των πολιτών και των επιχειρήσεων. Για το λόγο αυτό ο Δήμος Ελευσίνας προσπαθεί να αναπτύξει νέες ψηφιακές υπηρεσίες και να βελτιώσει τις υφιστάμενες, που έχουν ως στόχο την οικειοθελή εξόφληση των οφειλών, την καταπολέμηση του φαινομένου των ληξιπρόθεσμων οφειλών και το κυριότερο την αποτελεσματική είσπραξη των ληξιπρόθεσμων οφειλών. Με την εξέλιξη των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων αναπτύσσονται εργαλεία είσπραξης των εσόδων του δήμου, όπως αυτά των αναγκαστικών μέτρων είσπραξης. Στην παρούσα εργασία παρουσιάζεται η λειτουργία της ταμειακής υπηρεσίας των δήμων, η λήψη αναγκαστικών μέτρων είσπραξης και τα πληροφοριακά συστήματα που έχει αναπτύξει ο Δήμος Ελευσίνας για την είσπραξη των εσόδων του. Για την πληρότητα της εργασίας γίνεται αναφορά για τα έσοδα του κράτους και την είσπραξή τους. Μέσα από απολογιστικά στοιχεία αποτυπώνεται η αποτελεσματικότητα αυτών των συστημάτων. Από την ανάλυση των αποτελεσμάτων διαπιστώθηκε ότι η χρήση και η διαλειτουργικότητα των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων του Δήμου Ελευσίνας, συμβάλλουν θετικά στην αποτελεσματική συλλογή των εσόδων του Δήμου καθώς και η ανάγκη της βελτίωσής τουςel
dc.description.abstracttranslatedThe purpose of this work is to present the operation of the cash service of the Municipality of Elefsina and in particular the collectability of the revenues of the Municipality of Elefsina with digital tools. The objective of the municipality is to secure its budget revenues and support citizens and businesses. For this reason, the Municipality of Elefsina is trying to develop new digital services and improve the existing ones, which aim at the voluntary repayment of debts, the fight against the phenomenon of overdue debts and most importantly the effective collection of overdue debts. With the development of information systems, tools are being developed to collect municipal revenues, such as those of compulsory collection measures. This work presents the operation of the cash service of the municipalities, the taking of forced collection measures and the information systems developed by the Municipality of Elefsina for the forced collection of its revenues. For the completeness of the work, a reference is made to the revenues of the state and their collection. The effectiveness of these systems is reflected through accounting data. From the analysis of the results, it was found that the use and interoperability of the information systems of the Municipality of Elefsina contribute positively to the effective collection of the Municipality's revenues as well as the need for their improvement.el
