dc.description.abstractΗ παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία με τίτλο: "Συσχέτιση αξιολόγησης νοσηλευτικού προσωπικού και η αύξηση της παραγωγικότητάς του" υλοποιείται στο πλαίσιο του Μεταπτυχιακού Προγράμματος Σπουδών στην Οργάνωση και Διοίκηση Δημοσίων Υπηρεσιών, Δημοσίων Οργανισμών και Επιχειρήσεων του τμήματος Οικονομικών Επιστημών του Πανεπιστημίου Πελοποννήσου. Ως σκοπό έχει την ανάδειξη ορισμένων βασικών πτυχών της αξιολόγησης του νοσηλευτικού προσωπικού στην Ελλάδα κατά τα τελευταία έτη. Προς αυτό η μελέτη υλοποιείται σε δύο στάδια, το θεωρητικό και το ερευνητικό. Στο θεωρητικό μέρος της εργασίας παρουσιάζεται το πλαίσιο αξιολόγησης του νοσηλευτικού προσωπικού στην Ελλάδα, ενώ στο ερευνητικό μέρος της εργασίας υλοποιείται έρευνα που στηρίζεται σε ερωτηματολόγιο και αποσκοπεί να απαντήσει σε βασικές ερωτήσεις αναφορικά με τις απόψεις των εργαζομένων σχετικά με την αναγκαιότητα, σημαντικότητα και αποτελεσματικότητα της εφαρμογής του συστήματος αξιολόγησης εντός των μονάδων υγείας της Ελλάδας, αλλά ακόμα επιδιώκεται η συλλογή πληροφοριών σχετικά με τον τρόπο που συντελείται η αξιολόγηση, όπου και αν πραγματοποιείται.el
dc.description.abstracttranslatedThe present dissertation entitled: "Relationship between the evaluation of nursing staff and the increase of their productivity" is implemented in the framework of the Postgraduate Program in Organization and Management of Public Services, Public Organizations and Business of the Department of Economics of the University. The aim is to highlight some key aspects of the evaluation of nursing staff in Greece in recent years. To this end, the study is implemented in two stages, the theoretical and the research. The theoretical part of the work presents the evaluation framework of the nursing staff in Greece, while the research part of the work implements a questionnaire-based research and aims to answer key questions regarding the employees' views on the necessity, importance and effectiveness of the application. of the evaluation system within the health units of Greece, but the collection of information on the way the evaluation is carried out, wherever it is carried out, is still sought.el
