| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία εκπονήθηκε στο πλαίσιο του Προγράμματος Μεταπτυχιακών Σπουδών «Μεταπτυχιακό στη Διοίκηση και στον Χρηματοοικονομικό Σχεδιασμό για Στελέχη Δημοσίου και Ιδιωτικού Τομέα» του Τμήματος Λογιστικής και Χρηματοοικονομικής του Πανεπιστημίου Πελοποννήσου. Αντικείμενό της είναι οι σχέσεις της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης με τρίτες αναπτυσσόμενες χώρες στο πλαίσιο της εξωτερικής εμπορικής πολιτικής της. Η εργασία, σκοπό έχει την πληρέστερη δυνατή προσέγγιση του θέματος, μελετώντας σε βάθος τόσο το Σύστημα Γενικευμένων Δασμολογικών Προτιμήσεων, όσο και τις Συμφωνίες Οικονομικής Εταιρικής Σχέσης με τις χώρες της Αφρικής, της Καραϊβικής και του Ειρηνικού και διαρθρώνεται σε τέσσερα κεφάλαια. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο θα εξεταστεί η σχέση της Κοινής Εμπορικής Πολιτικής έναντι τρίτων αναπτυσσόμενων χωρών με την Πολιτική της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης για την Ανάπτυξη (Συνεργασία για την Ανάπτυξη) μέσα από το πρίσμα των κοινών αρχών, στόχων και μέσων. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο θα αναλυθεί το ισχύον Σύστημα Γενικευμένων Δασμολογικών Προτιμήσεων, όπου έπειτα από την ιστορική του αναδρομή, θα αναπτύξουμε τις διακρίσεις και τις επιμέρους ρυθμίσεις του. Εν συνεχεία, στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο, θα εξεταστούν διεξοδικά διαμέσου της εξέλιξής τους, οι εμπορικές προτιμησιακές σχέσεις της Ένωσης με τις χώρες της Αφρικής, Καραϊβικής και Ειρηνικού, αλλά και οι Συμφωνίες Οικονομικής Εταιρικής Σχέσης. Στο τελευταίο κεφάλαιο, κατόπιν της προηγηθείσας σχετικής ανάλυσης των δύο μέσων της Κοινής Εμπορικής Πολιτικής, θα αξιολογηθεί η αποτελεσματικότητά τους. | el |
| dc.description.abstracttranslated | This thesis was prepared in the context of Postgraduate Master Program in “Management and Financial Planning for executives of the Public and Private” of the Department of Accounting and Finance of the University of Peloponnese. Its subject is “The relations of the European Union with third developing countries in the context of its foreign trade policy”. The work aims at the most complete possible approach to the subject, studying in depth both the System of Generalized Tariff Preferences and the Economic Partnership Agreements with the countries of Africa, the Caribbean and the Pacific and is structured in four chapters. In the first chapter, the relationship of the Common Commercial Policy towards third developing countries with the European Union's Development Policy (Development Cooperation) will be examined through the lens of common principles, objectives and instruments. In the second chapter, the current System of Generalized Tariff Preferences will be analyzed, where after its historical review, we will develop its distinctions and individual regulations. Then, in the third chapter, the trade preferential relations of the Union with the African, Caribbean and Pacific countries, as well as the Economic Partnership Agreements, will be thoroughly examined through their evolution. In the last chapter, following the previous relative analysis of the two instruments of the Common Commercial Policy, their effectiveness will be evaluated. | el |
