The study and the approach of sexual harassment is based on the assumption that the moral dimension of life is essential, both in private and in public domain. Both private and public morality are derived from "fusion" of personal principles with tasks that require specific roles. The Applied Ethics covers both discrimination, because morality has always been "public" character. The aim, after all, the Applied Ethics is to respond with clarity, firmness, persuasiveness and immediacy of the moral dilemmas of people. This paper attempts, through a philosophical reflection, to compose a picture of the problem of "not fair" behavior that is called "sexual harassment" its nature, its mode of action, its causes and effects and how is linked to moral judgments, "good" and "evil", focusing on data from biology, psychology, sociology and law. First considers the vision of the phenomenon for centuries, and summarizes the main theories about what is natural or unnatural in the biological model, healthy and deviant sexual behavior in the field of psychoanalysis and how sexual harassment is the problem of moral valuation of a transaction and a desire within the main ethical theories that have been made. In a special chapter develops and comments on the legal treatment of sexual harassment in Greece and also attempts to define the concept of the phenomenon at work, as a separate facet of moral human relationships, both within the framework set by european and national legislation, and this comparative analysis from the perspective of criminal law and criminal policy, and applied (business) ethics. As a further approach, is given a special chapter relating to sexual harassment in the military. The aim of this is to record the magnitude of the phenomenon and the emergence of the greek reality, to be placed on the real social dimension. The conclusions and proposals in the light of moral philosophy, aiming to help in the treatment of the phenomenon.en
